Lionesses announce four home fixtures against Brazil, Australia, China and Ghana

England's Lionesses will face Brazil, Australia, China and Ghana at home in late 2025 ahead of 2027 World Cup qualifiers.

England's Lionesses will host Brazil, Australia, China and Ghana in four home matches in late 2025.

Their first match since winning Euro 2025 is at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday 25 October against Brazil.

They will then face Australia at Pride Park on Tuesday 28 October, China at Wembley on Saturday 29 November, and Ghana at St Mary's on Tuesday 2 December.

With qualification for the 2027 Women's World Cup kicking off in February 2026, manager Sarina Wiegman said it was a 'lovely way' to thank fans and prepare the squad.

She added that each opponent would challenge the team in different ways, ideal preparation for qualifiers.

England last beat Brazil on penalties in the 2023 Finalissima and overcame Australia in the 2023 World Cup semi-finals.

China are current Asian Cup champions, while Ghana claimed bronze at this year's Africa Cup of Nations.

Home fixtures schedule

  • Saturday 25 October, 17:30 BST: England vs Brazil, Etihad Stadium

  • Tuesday 28 October, 19:00 GMT: England vs Australia, Pride Park

  • Saturday 29 November, 17:30 GMT: England vs China, Wembley Stadium

  • Tuesday 2 December, 19:00 GMT: England vs Ghana, St Mary's Stadium
