This style is characterized by a disconnect between strong emotions and their expression. Passive-aggressive individuals may appear compliant but express dissatisfaction through sarcasm, silent treatment, procrastination, or subtle digs.

Unintentionally manipulative, they struggle to communicate needs directly, leading to frustration on both sides due to unclear messaging.

Assertive Communication

Assertive communicators express their thoughts and feelings openly and respectfully. They balance honesty with empathy, avoiding mind games or aggression.
