Additionally, tablets, PCs, and Smart TVs must support audiovisual service applications and enable viewing of the first and second multiplex TV programs.

The law's implementation schedule is as follows:
- Starting July 1, 2020, pre-installation is mandatory for smartphones;
- From July 1, 2021, tablets are included;
- From July 1, 2022, personal computers must comply;
- Starting July 1, 2023, Smart TVs will be covered.
According to RBC, there will be no fixed list of specific apps to avoid violating competition laws. Instead, only the types of software and developer requirements will be specified. Manufacturers will have the freedom to choose which apps to install.
