Step-by-Step Drawing Process
Start by sketching a circle with light, broken lines. Draw a horizontal line across the middle of the circle.
Add curved lines above and below the circle that touch its edges.
Using a darker line just below the circle’s edge, draw the upper eyelid. Trace the lower curve. On the left side, sketch a small angle to represent the tear duct. Outline the circle between the curves.
Add a bold, arched line above to define the eyelid margin. In the center of the circle, draw a smaller circle, and place an even smaller one to its right.
Shade the pupil darkly while leaving the larger circle (the iris) lighter. Add shading in the left corner and a crease below the lower eyelid.
