While the platysma cannot be strengthened significantly, its appearance improves with good posture, skin hydration, and enhanced circulation.

When applying facial cream, include your décolleté and neck. Use gentle pinching motions to create a skin fold from collarbones to chin, stimulating circulation without stretching the skin.
