The only visual difference from the original March 2019 release is the new Silver Frost color, reminiscent of the P40 Pro. Apart from that, the specifications remain consistent:

The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition runs on Android 10 with Huawei's EMUI 10 interface pre-installed. It is currently available for purchase in Germany, priced at approximately $810 USD. The original model with the same memory configuration was initially priced at around $865 USD. The device is expected to be released in additional countries soon.
