Starting August 23, AliExpress has launched an unconditional return policy for Russian shoppers, enabling them to return products purchased from China within two weeks of receipt without needing to provide any reason. This new service aims to boost confidence when buying apparel and footwear by reducing concerns over size and style choices.
This initiative is expected to increase demand for clothing and shoes while minimizing risks associated with online shopping.

Previously, customers had to open disputes and prove that items didn’t match the description to qualify for returns. Now, no explanations are required.
How to Return Items on AliExpress
To initiate a return, open a dispute to receive a special code, then present it along with the item at any Russian Post office. The return shipping is free, and refunds will be processed once the product arrives at AliExpress’s warehouse. Returns must be made within two weeks of receiving the item, and refunds typically take 10–14 days to complete.
Items Excluded from Returns
Initially, returns will be available for over 10 million popular products, expanding later to the entire catalog. However, smartphones, electronic gadget components, lingerie, and custom-made wedding dresses are excluded from this policy.
Additionally, AliExpress purchases are now accessible directly through the VKontakte app, making shopping even more convenient.
