AliExpress Introduces Consolidated Shipping Service for Multiple Sellers
AliExpress launches a new service enabling buyers to combine orders from different sellers into a single shipment, enhancing convenience and delivery speed.
AliExpress is rolling out an innovative service allowing customers to merge multiple orders from various sellers into one consolidated package, free of charge.
This new offering is designed to benefit buyers by simplifying their shopping experience and reducing shipping complexities. The only requirement is that the total order value must exceed $5 USD. This feature is expected to be available starting early September.
By consolidating shipments, AliExpress aims to increase the average order value and significantly reduce the percentage of undelivered packages, which currently stands at approximately 7–8%. Additionally, this service is projected to cut delivery times by half, especially benefiting residents of small and medium-sized cities who often face wait times exceeding 30 days.
Previously, AliExpress also introduced a hassle-free return policy for Russian customers, allowing returns without the need to provide reasons.
