Natali: I believe it’s fate. I chose my husband at 17, a wonderful age when decisions come from the heart rather than the mind. Alexander and I have always been fascinated by each other. We grew up side by side.

Together, we entered the world of show business: recording songs, shooting videos, creating albums, and working on complex projects. You’d think spending so much time together would lead to boredom, but it didn’t! We were so busy that we barely had time to talk and often missed each other.

Woman.ru: Even the best marriages face conflicts. How do you handle difficult moments?

Natali: Since my youth, I've practiced self-awareness, which helped me understand myself as a woman. If conflicts arise, I’m usually the first to seek reconciliation, even if my husband is at fault. At work, I’m strong and decisive, but at home, it’s different.

"I strive to be honest with my husband, speak openly without tricks, and express what I dislike or desire in our relationship."

Sometimes I’m probably too straightforward (laughs). Alexander prefers fewer words, which actually helps our marriage. Sometimes too much talking can push people away. I believe couples need some distance to reflect, forgive themselves and each other, and let go.

Woman.ru: They say passion fades over time. How do you keep it alive?

Natali: I love the saying, "Love, like milk, turns into cream over time." Yes, love changes with years.

A wife’s main task is to focus on herself first. If she feels happy and attractive, her husband will naturally follow her anywhere. Men aren’t as complicated as women; complexity tends to be more of a female trait.

Woman.ru: Who’s the head of your family?

Natali: We share equality — in some matters I defer to my husband, in others, he listens to me.

Woman.ru: Are you more casual at home or always dressed up?

Natali: I live with three men (laughs). I don’t wear robes; at home, I dress in colorful shorts and tank tops.

"I wear makeup every day — a minimum is essential."

Of course, my home makeup is different from my stage look. I always style my hair with a blow dryer and round brush.

Woman.ru: How often do you spend time with your sons?

Natali: Quite often. I don’t have long tours now — only day or two trips — so I spend most of my time with family.

Woman.ru: Are you more a friend or mentor to your boys?

Natali: Both, depending on the situation. But I believe parents and children shouldn’t be friends because that blurs boundaries, and family hierarchy is important.

I believe children come into the world "ready," born with certain traits and talents. Parents’ role is not to break this flower but to help it grow.

Woman.ru: Have you considered having a daughter?

Natali: From experience, such plans don’t always come true, so I leave it to fate. I no longer say "I want a child" because you can’t just want people. If another child comes, we’ll raise them well.

Woman.ru: Would you quit the stage for family?

Natali: Probably yes, but no one asks me to. My loved ones support me fully. There was a time when my sons didn’t understand my work, thinking it was easy and carefree — something I feared most. So I invited them to star in my video for "Volodya." During filming, they realized how hard being an artist is.

Natali: As a child, I wanted to be a primary school teacher.

But I became a singer long before I realized it. In school and summer camps, I was an active girl who always performed on stage. I thought my performing days would end with school.

Natali: Thanks to the songs I wrote myself. In youth, music and poetry were my sanctuary, shared only with close friends. I went to Moscow to record my songs, and there I got the chance to try singing professionally. Gradually, I transitioned from teacher to artist.

Natali: Sometimes I wanted to end my singing career. The teacher in me was shocked by the chaos and rudeness in show business.

It was emotionally tough — you have to bring joy on stage whether you feel like it or not. Exhausting flights, fatigue, stress — no one cares. In those moments, I dreamed of a quiet classroom and a regular schedule.

Natali: I never stopped touring or recording — I have nine albums and sixteen music videos. Even during two maternity leaves, I paused work only briefly.

I was absent from TV and radio, so people thought I vanished. They liked my image as a simple girl singing about first love, but I felt disconnected from that cheerful persona. I began searching for myself and new songs.

Natali: I get enough interaction at work. Wherever I go, people ask for photos, and I never refuse. Those pictures end up online, so my fans essentially manage my social presence.

Woman.ru: You look amazing in photos and real life. How do you maintain that? Diet, exercise?

Natali: My diet is simple: small portions (about 200-300 grams) five times a day. I dislike diets because restrictions upset me. I allow myself treats occasionally, then self-regulate. You can’t deny your body what it truly craves.

"My passion is sunflower seeds — I eat them morning, noon, and night, even on tour! It’s not a bad habit."

I don’t do formal exercise besides dancing on stage, housework, and using a hairdryer (laughs). I even bought a heavy professional dryer to strengthen my arms.

Natali: I used to be very insecure, afraid of performing and interacting with audiences. But doubt isn’t always bad. People who question themselves often achieve more than those who are fully confident. True talent shines when you’re both scared and fascinated.

Woman.ru: What does it mean to be a woman?

Natali: Every woman has her nature. The key is to understand your unique beauty — if you’re a rose, don’t try to be a daisy. We’re all different.

"I’ve learned that a woman must always radiate positivity. Important decisions should be made only when happy."

If you’re sad or dissatisfied, circumstances control your fate and everything around you falls apart like radiation.

Success depends on home and family. Clean floors, tidy closets, fed children, and a happy husband pave the way to great achievements. Wear clothes that make you comfortable, not just trendy ones. Also, pay attention to your speech — many modern women struggle to communicate with men, especially partners seeking kind words.

Natali: Femininity rejects depression. Feeling down? Clean the house, organize your closet, wash floors or dishes. Nikolay Baskov often jokes that I don’t have a housekeeper, but cleaning calms me. When life is tough, find happiness in a tidy home!

Femininity also means avoiding gossip. Though it seems natural to talk about others, such chatter destroys our aura. Lack of money, happiness, or love often means too much meaningless talk in your life.

Natali: Sexuality is inseparable from femininity. In youth, when a girl explores herself, sexuality shows through clothes and experimentation, helping overcome insecurities. With age, you recognize your strengths and know how to charm others.

I feel comfortable completely nude. For me, nudity means openness. I wouldn’t hesitate to appear nude in a video or photo shoot because I see the naked body as harmony with nature, not hypersexuality.

Woman.ru: Unlike many stars, you openly admit to plastic surgery. Why so candid?

Natali: If changing your body makes you feel more beautiful, younger, and confident, you have every right to do so. Don’t worry about judgment; the world is full of criticism.

"I’m an aesthete and underwent plastic surgery solely for my own beauty."

For example, I hesitated over breast augmentation for over two years. After my second child, my chest flattened, and I lacked volume, often padding my bra on stage. After weighing pros and cons, I realized I needed it and had the surgery. I don’t regret it.
