One of the standout updates is the introduction of advanced polls. Users will now be able to select multiple options and modify their votes after submission. The poll interface will be redesigned with customizable backgrounds, and polls can be conducted directly within chat conversations.
Nemesis: The Ultimate Content Theft Defender
Content creators will benefit from "Nemesis," a new system designed to combat plagiarism and unauthorized content copying. Nemesis continuously monitors for duplicated content, processes user complaints, and involves a moderation team to evaluate reports.
Initial complaints will trigger warnings, while repeated violations may lead to loss of monetization privileges, preventing content thieves from profiting off stolen material.
Nemesis is set to launch on June 1, with enforcement actions beginning June 15. Other features announced at VK Media Day will be gradually rolled out in the coming months.
