Discover Sony's Innovative Xperia 1 with Unique Display and Sleek New Design
Explore Sony's latest Xperia lineup featuring the groundbreaking Xperia 1 with a 21:9 OLED 4K display and advanced camera system, alongside Xperia 10, Xperia 10 Plus, and Xperia L3 models offering exceptional performance and style.
Sony has unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Xperia 1, alongside three additional models: Xperia 10, Xperia 10 Plus, and Xperia L3.
Introduced at the Mobile World Congress, the Xperia 1 marks a fresh reboot of Sony's Xperia series. This flagship stands out with its unprecedented 21:9 aspect ratio display, delivering a cinematic viewing experience.

The elongated form factor gives the device a slender appearance, but Sony highlights several practical benefits: browsing the web displays more content, movies play without black bars, and split-screen multitasking becomes more efficient.
The device boasts a 6.5-inch OLED panel with Ultra HD (4K) resolution, HDR support, and Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The fingerprint sensor is conveniently located on the side, while the rear houses a vertically aligned camera module.

The triple rear cameras each feature 12 MP sensors, including a primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a telephoto lens offering lossless optical zoom, and a wide-angle lens. For selfies, an 8 MP front camera is integrated.
Powering the Xperia 1 is the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, paired with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD cards. The 3,300 mAh battery supports Power Delivery 3.0 fast charging.

Additional highlights include water resistance, stereo speakers, Sony's signature vibration sound enhancement, and support for Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, DSEE HX, and LDAC technologies. Pricing details for the Xperia 1 are yet to be announced.
Sony Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus
The Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus also feature the distinctive 21:9 aspect ratio displays. The Xperia 10 sports a 6-inch screen, while the Xperia 10 Plus offers a larger 6.5-inch display. Both models share a resolution of 2520 × 1080 pixels.

The Xperia 10 Plus is not only bigger but also more powerful, equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB of storage. It features a 3,000 mAh battery with fast charging support. The dual rear camera setup includes 12 MP and 8 MP sensors.

The Xperia 10 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 3 GB RAM, and 64 GB storage. Its battery capacity is 2,870 mAh, complemented by rear cameras with 13 MP and 5 MP sensors. Both models share an 8 MP front-facing camera. These smartphones are expected to launch in March, priced at approximately $349 for the Xperia 10 and $429 for the Xperia 10 Plus.
Sony Xperia L3
The most affordable addition to Sony's lineup is the Xperia L3, featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio and a 5.7-inch display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The 3,300 mAh battery supports fast charging via USB Type-C.
The rear camera system includes a 13 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor, while the front camera offers 8 MP for selfies.

Unlike the other new models, the Xperia L3 ships with Android 8.1 Oreo instead of Android 9.0 Pie. Pricing for this model has not yet been announced.
