The media continues to push unrealistic body ideals, simply presenting a slightly larger version of the same narrow standard. Not every woman has an hourglass figure—and that’s perfectly beautiful!

2. Surround yourself with uplifting and positive influences

The company you keep profoundly impacts how you view yourself and the world. I’ve actively sought out people with open hearts and positive mindsets. Without these supportive relationships—friends, family, or online communities—I wouldn’t be who I am today. Everyone deserves encouragement.

While social media can be overwhelming, it’s crucial to follow at least three people who share positive, inspiring messages. Seeing others embrace self-love can reassure you that you’re not alone and boost your confidence.
