Sit comfortably in a bright room, preferably in a chair, and spend 10 minutes gently running your hands over these items. Let each texture imprint itself onto your memory through the tips of your fingers. Then, straighten up and mentally recreate the sensation of each surface: the porous, soft bread, the smooth, cool scarf, the hard, cold beads, and so on.
Recreate Sensory Images
