These moves would mark Sunderland’s 13th summer signing, following additions like Nordi Mukiele, Omar Alderete, Reinildo Mandava and Arthur Masuaku under manager Regis Le Bris. So far, the club has spent £141.5m, close to the British record of £142m for a newly promoted side.
