Google has integrated native support for multiple signatures directly within Gmail. Previously, users had to rely on cumbersome workarounds or third-party extensions to manage multiple signatures, but now everything you need is built right into your inbox.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Multiple Gmail Signatures

• Open Gmail in your web browser.
• Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select “Settings.”
• Scroll down to the “Signatures” section, where you’ll find a user-friendly editor.
• Click “Create” to add a new signature. Use the pencil icon to rename it for easy identification.
• Below the editor, choose which signatures will be the default for new emails and replies.
• Scroll down and click “Save Changes” to apply your new settings.

Once set up, switching between signatures while composing an email is as simple as clicking the pen icon and selecting the desired signature.

Note that as of now, this feature is not available in Gmail’s Android and iOS apps. You can still set a separate mobile signature (Settings → Signature Settings → Mobile Signature), but the option to save and switch between multiple versions is not yet supported on mobile devices.
