Before starting, release the carbonation from the mineral water bottle. To speed up this process, pour the water into a container and stir vigorously with a spoon. Complete gas evaporation takes at least 2 hours, so it’s best to open the bottle overnight and leave it until morning.

Simply measure 5 ml of mineral water (or the amount specified for your device) with a sterile syringe or measuring cup, pour it into the nebulizer chamber, and inhale the vapor for 3 to 9 minutes. For children, reduce the inhalation time by half.

If you don’t have a nebulizer, you can use a regular 250 ml pot. Pour the mineral water into the pot and gently warm it to 50°C (122°F). Temperatures below this will be ineffective, while higher temperatures may cause burns to the upper respiratory tract.
