Dan Ndoye joins Nottingham Forest from Bologna on five-year contract
Nottingham Forest sign Switzerland winger Dan Ndoye from Bologna, boosting their squad with a dynamic wide player on a long-term deal.
Nottingham Forest have secured Switzerland international Dan Ndoye from Bologna on a five-year contract.
The 24-year-old winger, who scored nine goals in 41 Serie A appearances last season, ends his two-year spell in Italy by moving to the City Ground.
Ndoye was the match-winner in Bologna’s Coppa Italia final victory over AC Milan in May, delivering the club’s first major trophy in over 50 years.
“It’s an exciting project at Forest and I knew immediately I wanted to join,” said Ndoye. “This is an ambitious club with a proud history and I can’t wait to get started.”
Since making his Switzerland debut in 2022, Ndoye has earned 22 caps and scored three goals at international level.
He becomes Forest’s third high-profile summer signing, following midfielder Igor Jesus and defender Jair Cunha from Botafogo. The club also secured a new contract for Morgan Gibbs-White after selling Anthony Elanga to Newcastle United.
Ndoye’s arrival adds pace and goal threat to Nottingham Forest’s attack as the Reds seek to build on last season’s Premier League campaign.
